A dynamic professional defined by
operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to service,
Joe brings a diverse background spanning education, public service, and real
estate. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Joe's foundation took shape
at Scecina Memorial High School—balancing athletics and the arts—before
attending Greenville University to study sports management. After serving as an
intern chaplain with the Saint Louis Police Department and completing two
master’s degrees, he transitioned into high-impact leadership roles in
Washington, D.C. Joe's background includes serving as Board Secretary for the
Health Savings Account (H.S.A.) Coalition and a decade-long tenure directing
business operations and facilities coordination for the District of Columbia
Public Schools (DCPS) Central Office. In 2022, he reconnected with his
entrepreneurial roots, earning project management credentials from the Project
Management Institute and Purdue University’s Daniels School of Management.
Today, Joe serves clients as a licensed residential real estate professional
with United Realtors Premier. Civic commitment remains central to his life
through active volunteer work with both the DC Medical Reserve Corps and the
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Outside of work, he is an avid soccer
enthusiast holding a certification in Soccer Management.
